Roots Hair Salon Policy
Color/Highlight/Haircut/Keratin Treatment
- If client contacts the stylist within three days of service, stylist will perform an adjustment
- Few foils/Darker shade/Toner/Additional Trim will be complementary.

Formal Styling/Updos
- If client contacts the stylist within 24 hours, stylist will perform an adjustment.
